FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. HOW DOES THE QUICK CASH ATM CARD WORK?

A. Each mamber of Sion Mills Credit Union has an individual member number. If you would like a QUICK CASH card. we will activate a special QUICK CASH ACCOUNT, whick is a sub-account of your main member account. members can lodge funds into thies QUICK CASH sub-account and then access this money through the ATM. Funds in the QUICK CASH account can be withdrawn using the card regardless of any savings or loans in the main account.

Q. ARE THERE ANY CHARGES OR FEES?

A. There are no transaction charges for using the QUICK CASH card. The annual government levy on ATM cards does not apply to QUICK CASH cards, however, an annual fee may be applied at the discretion of the board to each ATM card to cover the setup and the operating costs of the ATM.

You will be issued with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) with your QUICK CASH card. You should memorise your number and make sure not to disclose it to anyone - not even staff at the Credit Union.

Using QUICK CASH card to withdraw money is easy! Simply follow these steps:

1. Insert your QUICK CASH card into the ATM where indicated.
2. A series of instructions will appear on the screen of the ATM - follow these instructions.
3. After responding to these instructions, remove your card and withdraw your money from the dispenser.
4. A receipt will then be printed from another slot in the ATM. The transaction is then complete.

Q. WHAT WOULD I DO IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?

A. If you lose your card, or it is stolen, you should report it immediately by calling our office 028 816 58682
